My mother was born in 1940 Germany. Her mother just before WWI Germany. After reading this book it gave me a way deeper understanding ofโ€ฆ myself and this inherited trauma patterns. Meditation does strangely help.

Wow that's a powerful piece of writing Taylor and deeply personal too. Thanks for having the courage to share. Glad the book helped so much though the book is just a vehicle YOU had to do the work, so it's really a hugely positive reflection on you not the book. No problem. Tbh I looked at your post several times and thought โ€œthatโ€™s longโ€ (I am normally a tldr guy) and finally just had time to read it and enjoyed it.

Ya I was a tad concerned about the length. I couldn't get it down any longer, despite my efforts. I am also a tldr person, maybe I'll update it to have one and make sure my future long posts have one!!
